The Lease Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Leasing Department including but not limited to:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Marketing- Data Entry- Lease Renewals- Tracking & Spreadsheets- General Administrative Tasks- Other tasks as assigned by managerREQUIRED SKILLS:- With general marketing experience and has actually created content- Articulate communication, good vocabulary, strong descriptive language, and at least some knowledge of home cosmetic features- Diligent follow-up- Time Management- Accuracy and strong attention to details- Intermediate to advanced computer skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Excel- Ability to use our internet-based property management softwarePay: From $153.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- Do you have Property Management experience?
