Bay Property Management Group is seeking to hire a Lease Administrator to join our growing team.
The Lease Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Leasing Department including but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Marketing
- Data Entry
- Lease Renewals
- Tracking & Spreadsheets
- General Administrative Tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- With general marketing experience and has actually created content
- Articulate communication, good vocabulary, strong descriptive language, and at least some knowledge of home cosmetic features
- Diligent follow-up
- Time Management
- Accuracy and strong attention to details
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Excel
- Ability to use our internet-based property management software

Pay: From $153.00 per hour
