What We Need from You: Experience: Prior experience as a leasing agent, meeting or exceeding sales goals for a U.S.-based company. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Yardi, RealPage (OneSite), or other property management software. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of U.S. housing regulations, particularly the Fair Housing Act. Availability: Willingness to work late hours and weekends to align with U.S. time zones.
