Leasing Coordinator

**Description**:The Leasing Coordinator manages the day-to-day relations with tenants and prospective tenants to resolve leasing issues as they come up. Main duties and responsibilities include:- Collaborate with the team to effectively market the units or properties on online platforms.- Schedule move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and showings for units- Modify and create new lease agreements for renters.- Process tenant move-ins in the management software- Communicate with maintenance personnel for scheduling of repairs.- Follow up on necessary maintenance of vacant units to ensure timely resolution.- Collect tenant rental income and input data as it relates to leasing.**Time over the phone**: 50-50**Requirements**:**Soft Skills**- Organized, Detail Oriented, Customer Oriented, Assertive, Good Listener**Hard Skills**- Previous experience in leasing preferred- Computer knowledge- Project/task management software- Budget control- Collections
