**THE POSITION**:
Due to growth, we're looking to fill the critical position of Resident Services Coordinator (RSCO)within our Resident Services team.
This position reports to the Leasing Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Advocate for our Prospects and Residents while following the company's processes and procedures.
- Prepare and publish listings for properties for rent.
- Conversions (Prospect to Tenant).
- Assist new Tenants in their move-in process.
Resolve Resident issues, including but not limited to: Payments, portal access, fees, charges, and credits.
- Assist the Leasing Manager with Lease renewals, Evictions, Rent collections, Rent assistance requests, and Move-outs.

- Type 35+ WPM**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Min.
1 year working in the Leasing Department of an American Property Management company.
- EXCELLENT English and tactful communication skills, written and verbal.
- Prefer experience working virtually for an American company with demonstrated success in a supporting role.
**COMPENSATION**:
$8-8.5 per hour, + up to 20% quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
Good performers working FT hours should earn $15,000 - $18,000 per year.
