Leasing Manager, RE Fund, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**Our client is a real estate investment and development firm focused on the acquisition and development of industrial properties in Mexico's top markets. They have an exciting new opening for a Leasing Manager. This is the ideal chance to join a seasoned team of professionals that have built a solid and growing presence in Mexico. The position is based in Mexico City. **What the job involves**- Manage the daily and on-going leasing activities, supporting the property management team and other internal and external stakeholders in customer interactions, acquisitions, development, and dispositions- Maintain close relationships with industrial brokers in different markets across the country- Execute and monitor the signing of leasing contracts, LOIs and RFPs- Interact with current and prospect tenants to identify new opportunities and needs- Deliver high-quality customer service- Develop, implement, and lead a strategic research and marketing plan that aligns with the firm's local business objectives- Visit and work closely with the properties in the portfolio- Track and analyse all aspects of the local industrial real estate market in the country- Represent the organization by building strong relationships with internal and external clients and brokers- Prepare and present reports to executives and committees**Who we are looking for**- Experience in the industrial real estate sector in Mexico- Knowledge of leasing agreements and legal documentation in the industrial real estate sector- Bachelor's degree in administration, business or similar field- Superior negotiation skills- Confident and ethical- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English- Availability to travelSave roleLog in to applyJob ID 13768- ABOUT COMPANY- PER, Private Equity Recruitment- London, United KingdomHR & RecruitmentWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
