Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the roleThe Leasing Representative supports our Leasing customers during the life of their contract by clarifying doubts, assisting them through processes like the end of term and annual payment (Tenencias) and complying with areas KPIs and objectives. This role requires a customer-centered approach and integration with vendors and other departments to provide the best service, while implementing changes quickly.What you needCustomer service values/orientation.Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields (is a must).Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management skills.Analytical and problem-solving ability - Use of data and reporting tools.Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (High Excel knowledge).Effective communication with peers and senior leadership, oral and written.Teamwork and collaboration.Ability to work under pressure.Proactive.What you will be doingSupport the Leasing operation.Provide support to Customers during the life of a Leasing contract.Manage external vendors that provide service to GMF and our customers.Support Dealers with requests regarding vehicle registration processes.Reporting for the Leasing department.What we offerAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
