Employees may be expected to perform job-related duties other than those contained in this document._- Marketing and Leasing of vacant rentals- Coordinate and communicate with leasing team and other staff**DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Communication with prospective tenants- Assist with utilities for move-ins/move-outs- Enter new properties and tenants into Tenant Tech & AppFolio- Manage the tenant files- Assist with leasing calls- Assist with main office line calls- Answer prospective tenants on live chats- Upload property videos to YouTube and Facebook page- Message tenants and remind them to sign lease renewals- Marketing and advertising of listings- Help with rental market rent range studies- Update website listings- Keep listings updated- Prepare lease agreements- Mail out confirmation notices to vacate for 30-day notices- Schedule tenant viewings - assist with online showing software- Collaborate to resolve potential issues that may occur- Translate Spanish notes into English- Assist with main office line calls- Track metrics for performance- Work with different departments in the company to get answers- Must be able to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision**QUALIFICATIONS**- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions well- Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers- Super reliable, responsible and proactive** Must have an upbeat and positive attitude - great customer service!**REQUIREMENTS**- Type 40+ WPM- Intermediate computer skills- Must be able to work from home on a silent space- 1 or more years of industry or related experience- Ability to speak/read/write English- Fast internet connection (minimum 40Mb/s)- Adequate computer (Desktop with larger screen preferred)- Webcam for Zoom meetings- Headset for Phone and Zoom calls and meetings- ______________**Job Posting Information**:- 100% Remote- This position is full-time / Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST (40 hours per week)- Currently not offering benefits as IMSS or INFONAVIT- 8 holidays paid each year- Paid time off: After year 1, 12 days; after year 2, 14 days; after year 3, 16 days; after year 4, 18 days; after year 5, 20 days; after years 6-10, 22 days**Pay rate based on experience on a range of $80-$120 MXN/hr, paid bi-weekly through direct depositResumes in Spanish will NOT be taken into considerationPay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
