**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for telephonic intake of all leave requests and inquiries to support centralized leave management.
- Validate whether the request is a new claim or an extension of an existing claim.
- Obtains all information to open a leave case.
- Determines and sends all eligibility notifications to the employee and manager.
- Answers general inquiries by clarifying desired information; research, locate and provide information.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, inclusive of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
- English Advanced C1.
