This role involves managing corporate legal matters as contracts,intellectual property, corporate governance and conflict resolution.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Labor Law- Fluent in English- Previous experience in Manufacturing Company- Knowledge in:- Legal compliance- Contractual obligations- Legal requirements for plant operating permits- Lease, loan of use, sublease contracts- Mexican Institute of Industrial Property- ARCO Rights- Real Estate Leases and Subleases- Contract, Notarial, Corporate, Civil, Commercial Law**ACTIVITIES**- Counseling in all areas for legal compliance- Support for obtaining the IMMEX Program- Handling and obtaining notarized offical documents- Monitoring internal processes- Resolution for disputes with suppliers- Non-Disclosure AgreementshK4TGWZ3n2
