Responsible for providing daily technical and application baseline support in running Legal business functions as well as implementing quality solutions for these areas.
Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to maintain and support multiple priority applications.
This role will work with IT partners, vendors and clients to perform analysis, design, test, system upgrades, package implementations and enhancements as part of a DevSecOps team.
Security is a priority and this role will be responsible for working across Security, IT Operations and the business to secure hardware and solutions.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment where successful dealing with ambiguity is key.
Your Impact As Legal Application Support Manager your scope would consist of:
Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all corporate applications under Legal business functions.Collaborate closely with internal and external technical team members to effectively and efficiently address business/system needs.Maintain a close relationship with the IT application lead for Legal, holding periodic meetings (monthly, at least).Lead troubleshooting meetings with various technical teams to promptly resolve any critical (P3+) incidents.Provide support for a variety of environments and architectures where Legal business applications are hosted (both hardware and software), interacting with other technical teams.Ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery policy by addressing all required steps such as business impact analysis and DR exercises.Plan, coordinate, and execute certificate renewals, SSO, encryptions, attestations, patching, upgrades to new releases/versions, security remediation, environment migrations, and technical refreshes (including operating systems, databases, and hardware).Attend all Major Incident Management (MIM) meetings that might impact Legal applications, always focusing on the swift restoration of impacted services.Keep application documentation and vendor contact information up to date.Manage the relationship with the MPSA vendor, overseeing their deliverables such as regular performance, minor enhancements, and, eventually, projects.Adhere to PepsiCo's SLAs for incident management, problem management, change management, service requests, and security requirements.Optimize and rightsize environments, especially those running on the cloud, to identify cost-saving opportunities.Attend DevSecOps governance meetings and present updates as needed.
