Our office environment is upbeat and runs at a fast-paced tempo.Able to read credit reports evaluate cases and judgmentsReview and understand the legal language in contractsFamiliar with the court system and check cases with the court website and pacer to find updates with casesComputer SavvyUpper intermediate EnglishQualifications:Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and typing)Haveto be really good with detail.Proficient use of Importante empresa Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Main Responsibilities and Duties:Assisting department managers with whatever task is asked of him/herHelp develop cases by evaluating and preparing proper documentation for our legal directorMaintaining contact with people involved in the casesManaging deadlines, preparing responses to oppose counselKeep clients updated by communicating case progressAssigning accounts to attorneys and staying in communication to stay up to date with case statusesPreparing outgoing mailsHandle incoming calls from debtors, clients and/or attorneysManage other 3 or 4 other employers on their daily tasksManage some billing, client services, data entry and general admin workWe Offer:Net salary range from $ 12,000 to 18,000 MXN.
