The role requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**- Create and revise legal documents such as agreements, corporate policies, subsidiary governance documentation, correspondence and presentations- Support legal operations activities and work on knowledge management topics- Gather and organize documents and prepare responses for audits, litigations, mergers and acquisitions, and government requests- Assist in the management of the Company's global corporate governance activities- Respond to customer certification requests- Track and analyze outside counsel and other vendor bills and assist with budgeting- Communicate with third parties such as outside counsel and vendors providing services and software to the Legal Department- Notarize documents and assist members of the Legal Department in obtaining necessary signatures- Assist in the management of the Legal Department intranet site and work with other Departments on Legal postings on corporate internet site- Provide general Department support, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and maintaining calendars and contact lists for attorneys and others in the Legal Department as requested- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**- Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent. Years of experience may substitute for education- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to accurately proofread and edit legal text- Strong attention to detail and efficient management of time, including ability to prioritize assignments, solve problems and meet deadlines- Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the Company.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality- Eligibility to become a public Notary, if not already licensed- Advanced computer skills, including being highly proficient at typing and well-versed in Microsoft Office products (e.G
