Legal Assistant - Personal Injury

A Viva Engage client is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to be part of their legal team!!
**Requirements**:

- **English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection**:

- **Ability to work in California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S.
Holidays but will need to work during local holidays).
**:

- **This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer**
- **2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation.
**
- **Relevant experience in legal or office settings is a must.
**

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:

- Court-call arrangement (online)
- Handling the entire calendaring matters (Federal and State Court)
- Summarizing deposition transcripts
- Drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documents

This position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients.
