Descripción completa del empleoWe have immediate openings for Remote Legal Assistants to join our team.This position requires previous work experience as well as being fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Read, Write, and Speak).Requirements:English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfectionThis position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computerAbility to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during local holidays).Relevant experience in legal or office settings is a must.Must be willing to submit to background checks and other screenings.The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:Client communication via phone, text and email (online)Scheduling medical and court appointmentsMaintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case ManagerDrafting and Proofreading general correspondence and court documentsThis position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
