Legal Coordinator

This is a remote position for Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, and Venezuela

What you'll do:

- Checks Template of Contract in different Locations
- Coordinates and prepares the signing of documents or contracts and consolidates in our Database.
And also monitors and controls Contracts Renewals
- Communicates, Liaises & coordinates with the Legal Suppliers
- Supports tasks on Entities Openings process
- Requests the consultations on specific local legal questions, conflict cases, Labor Law and dismissal issues
- Prepares training materials or resources for Managers & Business Support team on Labor Law Understanding
- Prepares and conducts Monthly Legal report
Who You Are:

- **1 - 2 years of experience in Legal department or industry**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or Administration
- **Paralegal experience**:

- **Corporate Law experience preferred but not required**
