Business ContextUnilever's Business Operations (UBO) organisation is a global operation with a focus on supply chain, responsible sourcing, and logistics. The UBO Legal Team supports these functions with legal guidance and management.
Where you will fit in:Member of the global UBO Legal team.Mentoring of junior colleagues in the Unilever Powerhouse legal team.Reporting to the GC UBO and dotted reporting to the Personal Care GC.Business partner with the Personal Care Supply Chain LT and LATAM procurement teams.Cooperate with country lawyers and other legal specialists.Attendance in a Unilever office will be required within our flexible working policies.What you will do - the Scopes of Work:You will support the teams listed above as a legal business partner, including:
Supporting Personal Care UBO Legal business needs, including CAPEX projects and sustainability initiatives.Managing LATAM-focused logistics, contract manufacturing, and renewable energy projects.Occasional management of claims and litigation.Support global Procurement leadership on projects as aligned with GC UBO.Success factors:The successful candidate will:
Have an academic degree in Law and a current bar qualification in any relevant jurisdiction, with 15+ years of experience.Possess experience in commercial law disciplines, advising senior stakeholders, and leveraging digital solutions.Be fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.Provide business-oriented legal support and risk analysis.Be able to manage multiple assignments and projects effectively.CompanyBe part of a purpose-led business that values diversity and inclusion.
