**Profile requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in labor law, legal career or related.
- Excellent command of English language and grammar required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge in Human Resources Processes.
(preferred)
- Experience with commercial contracts (in English).
**Main responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and follow up on all matters related to employee contracts, temporary and indeterminate.
- Providing legal advice on legal issues related to contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard the interests of the company.
- In case it is needed, creation of contracts for external suppliers.
- Advising on employee conduct issues and termination of employment.
- Advise on corporate law matters.
- Advise and execute internal policies.
- Analyze and identify reforms, decrees, agreements, provisions to Mexican legislation, as well as the creation of new laws that affect the company in Mexico, with the purpose of acting within the applicable legal framework.
- Reviewing, advising and drafting commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Labor and Independent Contractor Agreements.
