Description Main activities: Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal documents. Develop standardized contract templates and policies for internal clients and business operations. Support claims matters through investigation and strategy development. Handle corporate governance tasks, including drafting resolutions and maintaining records for subsidiary entities. Provide proactive legal and risk management advice to senior managers and employees. Advise on intellectual property, corporate matters, and assist with mergers and acquisitions. Develop legal, compliance, and operational policies and guidance documents. Manage a heavy work flow, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed time lines. Create practical solutions to mitigate risks and maximize business opportunities. Exercise reliable judgement and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Profile Non-negotiable requirements: Advanced English is a must. At least 7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal. Bachelor's degree in law. Excellent judgement and strategic thinking for providing practical, proactive solutions meeting legal and regulatory requirements while balancing business needs. Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Proactive, independent thinker.
