Responsibilities and Impact: Work in a dynamic, flexible, client-facing (both internal and external) environment and will have the opportunity to work independently, be part of a legal team that provides crucial support to the organization.Supporting a wide range of automotive related data products and services and collaborate with the sales team to support negotiating and concluding commercial licensing agreements.Excellent opportunities to work on broad range of legal matters and have international exposure. We operate globally.Involvement in commercial transactions, ad-hoc business projects, as well as assisting with strategic projects, propose innovative legal solutions, process review and innovation, and information review and analysis.Responsibilities: Reviewing, negotiating and drafting wide variety of agreements including data license agreements, services agreements, advisory contracts, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial contracts.Support sales and other business teams including shared services groups.Interact and work closely with the legal team members and provide assistance and support on matters across different business areas.Be involved in special projects for the development of the business division and as requested.What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts and general legal experience from a law firm or in-house.Must have a law degree from a university.Excellent command in spoken and written English is a must.Experienced in reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents in English is essential.Requires a practical business-oriented mindset to problem-solving.Effectively counsel internal clients by providing them with clear, concise and pragmatic advice, and creative solutions where necessary, on established timelines to meet their business needs.Able to operate autonomously while being a team player who is supportive and responsive, brings a positive attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with other members of the legal team.Additional Preferred Qualifications: Ideally, be admitted to practice law in Mexico.Knowledge of licensing contracts, IP and data privacy matters is a plus.
