**Your key responsibilities**- Prepare, review and/or enter journal entries into the company's ERP, mainly related toprepaid expenses and accruals.- Participate in month-end, quarterly, annual closings for corporate reporting in line withthe group and local timetables.- Assist in the preparation of the company's subsidiary financial statements.Support/coordinate internal and external audits.- Perform reconciliations of cash, payroll, prepaid expense, accrued expense and otherbalance sheet accounts and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.- Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement variance analysis.- Participate in projects impacting legal entities, Controller processes or Finance systemswith a view to transforming the Company's Finance processes through technologyautomation (e.G., RPA).- Participate in forecasting of cash and benefits expense, professional fees, and transferpricing.- Assist as necessary in the calculation and booking of the tax provision for certain non-USentities in the Americas region, as well as liaising with third party tax preparers on the- preparation of tax returns for such entities.
