As the NA Legal Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the management of the General Counsel's agenda and ensuring the smooth operation of the NA Legal Department.**Your Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for the General Counsel- Act as a point of contact between the General Counsel and internal/external stakeholders- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, power point presentations as requested- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on action points- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professional discretion- Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met successfully- Provide administrative support to other members of the legal team as needed.- General administrative and office support as needed**Skills and Experience**:- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Legal Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field preferred- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Strong oral and written communication skills in English language- Pro-active self-starter who is able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting- Flexibility and readiness to work on a broad range of matters- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- Willingness and drive for process excellence- Strong interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented
