Are you highly motivated Legal Executive with a passion for Real Estate? Look no further!Our client is currently seeking a talented individual to join dynamic and vibrant Property Sales Team.- Your day to day activities will include the following:- Efficiently managing sales files throughout the entire sales process- Collaborating within a team environment and maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, and banks- Drafting contracts and promptly delivering them to purchasers' solicitors- Responding to and addressing inquiries from purchasers' solicitors- Undertaking additional administrative tasks and participating in ad hoc projects as assigned Previous relevant experience as Legal Executive in a Real Estate team; - ILLEX member;- Experience in dealing with Land Registry; - Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail; - Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills; - A 'can-do' attitude and ability to work in a collegial way; - You will have the opportunity to work alongside top-tier professionals in the field and contribute to high-profile projects.
