Legal Head, International PE RE Fund, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**We are currently working with a seasoned private equity real estate in Mexico with a solid presence in the industrial real estate sector. Our client seeks a Legal Head/Counsel who will play an essential role in leading negotiations and executing deals for investments/development, joint ventures, leasing and financing. The position is based in Mexico City. **What the job involves**- Lead, prepare, structure, negotiate and close transactions (M&A, leasing, financing, joint ventures, funding, investment, etc.)- Advise on regulatory issues, compliance, governance, and litigation matters- Provide opinion on legal and regulatory issues related to the structuring, marketing, and launching of new real estate investment funds and other products- Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Conduct periodic compliance assessment- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and corporate partners at all levels, including senior management**Who we are looking for**- Relevant experience in a law firm or in-house experience in investment management, private equity and/or real estate- Experience in transactional law is required- Solid ability to maintain strong relationships with third parties (investors, banks, clients)- Bachelor's degree in law- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented- Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUSTSave roleLog in to applyJob ID 13576- ABOUT COMPANY- PER, Private Equity Recruitment- London, United KingdomHR & RecruitmentWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
