Legal Intake Coordinator

Responsabilities:- Onboard new clients and current clients, by doing paperwork collection and data entry to ensure they are managed efficiently.- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood.- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases.- When Intake schedules a qualified lead for an initial consultation (sales call), they are responsible for initiating the pre-engagement glidepath to create/foster a sense of urgency about engaging the Firm and improving the"show up rate" for people showing up for initial consultations.Qualifications:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel- Sales or customer service experience highly valued- High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor's degree is a plus- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer- skills- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus- Background in the legal industry preferred- Work From Site (Plaza Girasol, Hermosillo, Sonora)**Salary**: $19,000.00 per month
