ONE400's mission is to create and implement next-generation law marketing solutions that allow law firms and legal tech organizations, offer services that promote access to justice, improve the quality of legal services and reach a broader audience.**Description**We are looking for a highly motivated Intake Specialist to join our fast-growing company and bring a positive attitude and intellectual curiosity to our law innovation consultancy.The Intake specialist is the first point of contact with the firm. A legal intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for law firms. They are responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients.The intake specialist meets with new or prospective clients, asks a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data, and then uses this data to determine the best next course of action for that client.**What You'll Do**:- Serve as point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process; - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; - Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication; - Following communication "scripts" when handling different topics; - Demonstrate empathy topotential clients and put them at ease during their difficult time; - Provide detailed written summaries about potential clients' needs to attorneys; - Request and review allnecessary documents from potential clients.**Qualifications**:- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; - Minimum one year of customer service experience with a high call volume; - Minimum one year of high-volume phone/customer service experience; - Ability to make or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day; - Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette; - Capability to make sound judgments and decisions; - Proficient in using CRM software; - Ability to follow established protocols and workflows; - Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and challenging call center environment; - Multiple language skills are a plus.Budget:$16,000 MXN/MonthlyCompensation and Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Bonus pay opportunities- Open paid time off- Our dress code is "No dress code!"- Ongoing education opportunities- A company that values your contributions and lets you independently pursue solutions for the benefit of our clients**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $16,000
