Legal Intake Specialist

You'll communicate with compassion and do data entry, and help our paralegals book and manage their appointments. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, a passion for helping others, and immigration law firm experience, this would be a great position for you.This a remote, work from home position. Complete fluency in **English is required.** Need to be able to **answer all phone calls** and work in a fast-paced environment.**9am-5pm CTS Monday - Friday****Responsibilities**:- Evaluate current client inquiries and phone calls and making sure they feel seen and heard- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our paralegal's schedules organized and grow our caseload- Getting all important data at first contact with clients- Provide detailed written summaries about clients' needs to attorney/paralegals**Requirements**:- Previous Immigration Law Firm experience a plus- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required- Customer service experience is highly valued- Available to be on call and work on weekdays- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills- This is a Bilingual speaking position English/Spanish REQUIRED.Pay: $9,018.78 per monthWork Location: Remote
