This Legal Operations Analyst will be focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, consolidate, and allocate the annual legal budget. Coordinate with department heads to understand budgetary needs and constraints.Track, analyze, and forecast legal expenses to ensure adherence to the budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.Generate regular financial reports detailing budget performance and variances.Work with the finance team to ensure alignment on budgetary matters, financial reporting and any necessary adjustments.Vendor ManagementHandle purchase requisitions in ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies.Negotiate and manage contracts with external legal service providers.Oversee the onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.Work with external law firms and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and improve billing processes.Identify inefficiencies in current legal processes and recommend improvements.Implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.Maintain and update legal knowledge management systems with current documentation and information.Develop and maintain user-friendly templates, forms, and documents to facilitate legal operations.Ensure the legal team has easy access to accurate and up-to-date resources and guidelines.Promote best practices for knowledge sharing within the legal department.Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the legal team through events and team-building activities.Organize training and development programs for the legal team.Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional growth. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Legal, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Conversational level of English (B2-C1).Experience at least 2 years in a legal operations role or a similar operational capacity.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Understanding of legal principles, practices, and terminology.Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (e.G., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).Experience with legal technology software and tools (e.G., contract management systems, e-billing platforms, document automation tools, legal analytics tools).Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.Maintain a high level of accuracy in managing legal documentation and processes.Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
