- **Requirements**:_

Graduated in Law with a specialization in litigation and contracts.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and criminal areas.
- **Skills**:_

Intermediate to Advanced English. (B2)

Expertise in using office software packages.
- **Your missions include**:_
- Determine strategies and means of defense in the face of controversies in areas such as civil, administrative, commercial, labor, and criminal law.
- Execute legal strategies, defending the interests of the Group, from the drafting of initial documents to the final and unappealable judgment.
- Provide intelligent advice on assigned risks, avoiding potential controversies or litigation within the group.
- Support in the administration, safeguarding, and control of contracts and litigation files.
- Handle internal and external audits with professionalism and efficiency.
