SummaryYou will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.- Prospect and identify new account opportunities and ways to maximize production- Maintain relationships with existing Mexican Wholesale and OTA accounts- Quarterly office visits- Establish internal production goals for each partner- Webinars- Tradeshows- Participation in campaigns- Additional marketing opportunities- Site inspections- Production analysis shared at strategy and leisure meeting- Audit OTA content and pricing accuracy on a weekly basis- Evaluate our price positioning against competitive set and make recommendations to Reservations & E-Commerce Sales Manager, DOSM & DORM.- Create month-end slides for ownership presentation in conjunction with Reservations & E-Commerce Sales Manager- Re-establish contracts with each partner on a yearly basis- Based on production, determine if we renew agreements with specific partners- In conjunction with Reservations & E-Commerce Sales Manager maintain yearly budgeted expenses through forecasting process- Collaborate with Reservations & E-Commerce Sales Manager on yearly budget expenses including media, travel, tradeshows and client entertainment**Qualifications**:- Knowledge- Knowledge of Hyatt systems and Opera PMS preferred.- Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite of software.- Requirements- Strong attention to detail- Motivated and highly organized- Clear concise written and verbal communication in Spanish and English- Required experience- 2 years minimum hospitality experience, preferably in a resort property- 1 year minimum sales experience
