LELO has an immediate need for a Sales Manager for Mexico and Americas to join our award-winning team!

The Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities within Mexico (and any other assigned accounts in the Americas), ensuring that strategic sales goals are met or exceeded. This role involves managing accounts within the Mexico sales territory and other LATAM territories as assigned, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as the role demands effective communication with local and international stakeholders.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Mexico to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and lead the assigned sales territory, including hiring as assigned, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee and coordinate sales activities, including sales administration, forecasting, and reporting for the region.
- Identify and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other partners in Mexico.
- Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and organize information, workflows and processes in a orderly way.
- Ensure timely delivery and stock availability by working closely with the logistics and supply chain departments.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and other events to represent the company and expand its market presence.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of sales performance and relevant market data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, product launches, and campaigns tailored for the

Mexican market.
- Maintain compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills Abilities and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or sales team management role, preferably in Mexico or Latin America.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to develop workflows and transfer knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions, manage budgets and a P&L
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, leading the team through challenges.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and order management systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, particularly during trade shows and events.
