Level 1 Fun Specialist

Wowzers provides face painters, balloon twisters, caricature artists and more to clients all around the USA for their parties & events.

Provide accurate information regarding our services, booking process, and terms and conditions.3.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.5.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.6.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.7.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.8.
Follow up with customers to ensure their requests, and inquiries, are addressed satisfactorily.9.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.10.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:Highly Fluent in English & Spanish (both verbal and & written)Have YOUR OWN reliable computer and high-speed internetFULL-TIME - Available to work Monday through Friday, 8+ hrs per day, plus 1 or 2 "on-call" weekends per month2+ Years Experience in a customer service role or similar positionMULTITASK and work on multiple projects.Experience with computers and being tech-savvy - including gmail, google calendar, and slack are a plusPAY:$1,200 USD per month, plus performance bonusesPay: $19,762.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)Work Location: Remote
