Job Title: Level I Help Desk Support- Location: Must be able to work US Pacific or Mountain Time hours.- Type: Full time- Experience: 2+ years**The Role**We're looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk representative.You will have a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and have an immediate and visible impact. It's a lot of fun and a chance to do really meaningful work.This role will be the first level of IT help desk support. You will have the opportunity to work on the front lines with users on technical issues as it relates to onboarding or day to day questions.**Your Background**We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration.It's important that you are patient and have empathy with non-technical users that have a job to get done and can't be slowed down. You will be maintaining devices, answering support requests via multiple channels, conducting screen sharing meetings, and writing/updating documentation.**Core Responsibilities**- Answer Level I Help Desk requests.- IT Onboarding setup and support for new users- Purchase equipment for new employees or people receiving upgrades- Ticket management and response- Hardware inventory management- General IT related administrative tasks- Maintain IT Documentation and Knowledge Base articles- Work with IT Team to regularly improve processes**Required Qualifications**- Ability to support Macs and PCs with a bent towards Mac- Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems- Ability to work independently and know when to get clarification and assistance- Ability to collaborate with a team and share responsibilities- Experience administering Remote management and Anti-virus software- Experience installing printer and scanner software- Basic network troubleshooting**Other things that will be helpful in this role (not all strictly necessary)**:- Experience with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.- Experience with cloud directory solutions (Jumpcloud is a big plus). Other non Microsoft Directory solutions are also a plus.- Experience working with non-technical users, a lot of user empathy, and interest in user experience.- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests.- Provide timely follow up and follow through.- Curiosity and willingness to jump in and try things - we're a new company and still figuring things out.- Experience working with multiple departments across the organization.- An understanding of the real estate and property management space.Application Question(s):- Are you based in Mexico?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Work Location: Remote
