Supports several moderately complex business processes. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of a business area to identify, analyze, and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Serves as a project team member. Directly interfaces with business leadership (Directors / Sr. Directors) to clarify business needs, priorities, and strategies possibly with manager's support.STRATEGY:Can do the collection, analysis, supporting the IT Application strategies for multiple functional business areas.STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:Act as a liaison and partner between IT and multiple functional business areas, providing subject matter expertise.Collaborates on the evaluation, recommendation, business readiness, and implementation of best practice software technology solutions.OPERATIONS / DELIVERY:Works with business to gather requirements, document, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Develops user stories, test cases, and participates (validating test cases) during testing – with a focus on UAT.Supports assessing risks relative to the readiness of the business to adopt the solution.May fulfill the role of the project manager on assigned projects within a function.TALENT:Acts as a mentor and manages other engineers.VENDOR MANAGEMENT:Work effectively with teams of external partners developing & supporting domain area.About YouTypically requires 5-7 years of technical experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably apparel with inventory management exposure.Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.SKILLS:Proven skill in developing project proposals and business requirements in support of system initiatives.Excellent collaboration skills, including experience planning and requirements gathering sessions.SAP S4 exposure is a plus.Understands software development lifecycle and use of related tools (such as Confluence/Jira).CORE VALUES:Exhibit core company behaviors that focus on how we at LS&Co. operate together day to day regardless of level, function, or location
