By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.With our employees' well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more)Employee Assistance ProgramKey Responsibilities:Resolve fit, form, or functional issues on Aircraft components and for repairs required during the manufacture of Bombardier Aerospace products.Find solutions to any problem with the aircraft structure and/or systems that is reported and raise necessary documentation to overcome the problem quickly and efficiently.Repair and/or salvage dispositions with respect to Engineering specifications, concepts, and integrity of design, as well as sign for dispositions on behalf of the Engineering department.Work closely with all specialists within Engineering, such as Systems Liaison, Design, Stress, Materials Technology, Aerodynamics, Performance, and others as required to problem solve and or address any problems reported.Support Production, Design Engineering, Procurement & Quality in coordinating resolutions to issues and providing Corrective Action involving Engineering.Interpret engineering drawings, specs & provide guidance to junior employees.Provide status, updates & keep current on information regarding manufacturing changes & problems.Lead the technical support to Operations, Methods, and Quality.Provide coaching to non-MRB team members and other not specialized MRBs.Lead initiatives for process development.Support requirements from internal and external clients.Anticipate client needs.Take actions with our external partners about commercial issues.How to thrive in this role?You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or related field.You have a minimum of five (5) years MRB experience or six (6) years design experience in Aerospace.You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure & system installation technical requirements.You have Electrical & Systems experience (considered an asset)
