.CLAIMS ADJUSTER TRAINEE – Paid Training & Future Opportunities!We are searching for bright, driven individuals to join our team for an exciting career opportunity in Puebla, MX.
This position is exclusively for candidates who are US citizens or US Residents with work authorization, currently living in Puebla, Pue., or that are able to relocate to Puebla.

Auto-insurance claims experience is not required.If you are ready to be challenged and start a rewarding career in the US insurance industry, read on.We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a US Insurance Claims Specialist.This is the plan, once you are selected and hired:We will provide 1 month of initial training regarding all the basics about auto insurance in the United States, and internal processes and procedures to manage auto insurance claims.After the initial training, you will perform as an Unlicensed Claims Specialist.
During the following 3 months, you will take the mandatory online course provided by the Department of Insurance of the United States to become a Licensed Claims Specialist.If you pass the course, you will travel to the United States to execute the required paperwork to obtain the License.
The company will sponsor both the cost of the course and travel expenses.

This group handles personal US insurance claims involving car accidents and weather-related events.
This position will allow you the opportunity to begin learning the art of investigation, negotiation, and interpretation of US insurance policy contracts.The Responsibilities:Know, interpret, and enforce US insurance law, code, and policy contracts.Successfully resolve claims with US customers.Provide best-in-class customer service and direction to our insureds and claimants.Utilize technology and processes to provide timely resolution to your work.Adhere to all applicable company, state, and federal guidelines as necessary.The Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
