Lidar Scrum Master

To strengthen our agile multidisciplinary teams, we are looking for passionate, curiosity-driven and innovative people.We are looking for a Scrum Master, responsible to act as a facilitator for an Agile Team. He/She ensures conformity in the execution of processes and methods, in addition to facilitating the continuous improvement of a team. This is done by removing impediments and being a facilitator in the resolution of internal team problems, the improvement of weaknesses found and the generation of mechanisms so that the team can measure its performance.Activities:- Enable the Agile Team to self-organize, self-manage, collaborate and deliver through agile practices.- Coordinates and monitors the team and other agile teams when there are impediments, risks or dependencies that relate them.- Develops and implements reporting methods and metrics for improving the team performance and monitoring team heath and progress for the team and external stakeholders.- Facilitates team meetings and agile ceremonies.- Support the RTE and Product Management in the implementation and execution of the ART.- Manage communication between the team and the PO.
