**Competencies**
- Knowledge of EH&S regulatory requirements at the federal and state level (e.g. EPA, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, ETC), in addition to Corporate environmental and EHS policies and procedures.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or related field
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in wastewater & water treatment operations and maintenance
- 2+ years experience as supervisor
- Intermediate - Advanced English Proficiency Level
- Capable of effectively supervising and working with others.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of State and Federal Regulatory requirements relating to wastewater & city water facilities and programs.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and points of view as part of a team.
- Ensure that all necessary chemicals, materials, supplies, and equipment are available to perform the functions of WWTP.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and adapt to changing priorities, process conditions, and circumstance.
- Drive a management-supported and employee-driven Environmental culture to proactively eliminate significant impact through achievement of daily/monthly/annual Environmental & sustainability goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal Environmental regulations ( PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, ETC.)
- Develop, implement, communicate, sustain, and train on programs which proactively eliminate environment risks associated with but not limited to: product design, facility operations, manufacturing processes, ergonomics, product distribution, waste and recycling.
- Develop, implement and sustain environmental programs as Zero waste to landfill, Energy & Water Reduction
- Maintain the housekeeping and legal requirements in the hazardous waste warehouse & recycling area.
- Following and administration the WWTP Annual Budget.
- Knowledge in ISO14001 Certifications
