We are now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support with data and logistics analysis, identifying and highlighting key areas for attention and improvement. In this role, you will provide input to Logistics cost saving activities and follow up and support to cost improvements.
You will be based at the Queretaro factory, reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader.
You must be available to rotate shifts.

What you will doPrepare and execute all administrative activities to secure end to end flow from goods arrival to departure.Secure accurate documentation and system administration for loading and unloading, receiving, and issuing, location, storing and picking of Finished Goods, Base Materials, additional materials, and consumables.Contribute with continuous improvement activities thoroughly WCM methodology.Promote workplace and material handling safety.Execute stock / inventory management.Dock and yard / Truck Log management administration.Execute administrative waste handling activities according to waste handling policy.Secure compliance in regulations and standards.We believe you haveA bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, International Trade or similar.Intermediate - Advanced English level.2 years' experience in warehouse operations management.Must have experience working with an ERP; experience with SAP is strongly desirable.Intermediate level using Office; advanced Excel will be a plus.Strong communication and analytical skills; proactive and organized.
