Select, maintain, and develop the relationship with largest Nutrition Companies and Distributors by CFG implementation in key accounts in Ruminant, Poultry and Swine units.2. Develop and motivate Partners through increased effectiveness and efficiencies to ensure a Partner has a sustainable business model (Partner Value Proposition).3. Transfer Customer Value beyond Partners4. Generates demand and promotion to increase sales with Top Channels.5. In Key stake holder owner of Top 25 Partners; leverage Channel capabilities in all Business Units Teams, to maximize Channel management; by training, couching, and advising them.6. Incorporate new products into the Distribution channel.7.
