Qualifications:

- *Minimum 5 years AP experience
- *Experience supervising a team, minimum 5 people.
- *Advanced English
- *A Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- *Proficiency in Excel
- *Good understanding of P2P process

Main Responsibilities:

- *Coordinate payment of invoices with accounting and approvers
- *To handle and resolve more complex queries referred by the team.
- *Review records related to inventory levels, shipping and receiving dates, invoice numbers, payment amounts, and other information to ensure that invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
- *Communicating with vendors to ensure that invoices are accurate and compliant with company guidelines.
- *Responsible for resolving issues with invoices, payments.
- *Ensuring accurate coding and approval for payment
- *Reviewing purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and documentation requirements.
- *Ensure that payments are processed correctly.
- *Perform KPI associated with Invoice Processing
