(en conjunto con el plan de comunicación desarrollado por AT)- Elaborar política para planes de carrera y de sucesión del personal- Diseñar los programas de certificación y recertificación de competencias para personal Salary & Hourly- Administrar el presupuesto de capacitación**Requisitos**:ESCOLARIDAD: Administración de Empresas, Psicologia o Recursos HumanosEXPERIENCIA: 3 años mínimo en el puesto de coordinador o lider de Desarrollo Organizacional, en plantas de manufactura
