**Purpose**:
This role will coordinate the team that leads the REPSE compliance for all applicable contractors. Will coordinate final reports, risk assessment for REPSE contractors, metrics, process improvement, audit requirements and coordination with accounts to pay area.
**Essential Duties**:
- Coordinate the KPIs and reports from the documentation regarding to REPSE requirements of all applicable suppliers.
- Present weekly & monthly REPSE reports and analyze high risk cases.
- Follow up with the team for the daily review and validation on the Subtool platform.
- Coordinate additional support for REPSE requirements with high risk suppliers.
- Coordinate additional support for REPSE requirements with buyers and end users regarding to high risk contracts.
- Develop action plans to close gaps detected through KPI´s analysis.
- Subtool training for local and high risk suppliers.
- Present audit requirements and reports.
**Training & Experience**:
**Functional and Technical skills**:
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Analytical tools (Tableau, MS Access, Shibumi, etc).
- Experience with financial, inventory, and SAP Modules.
- Experience in labor law requirements.
**Experience**
- 8-12 Years Supply Chain Experience.
- Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Policy.
- Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market.
- Knowledge of labor law requirements, specific REPSE.
- Knowledge of legal, tax or regulatory compliance processes.
- Knowledge of foreign language (If any) applicable to site location.
- Skilled in solving problems.
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong Health, Safety and Environmental background.
**Professional education**
- University Degree or Diploma or Equivalent (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain management, Accountancy, etc.)
- One or more of: NAPM, APICS(CSCP), PMAC and/or SCMP or local regional / national certifications preferred
