Lead the team to minimize risks and ensure satisfaction and that repaired products reach the customer in perfect condition, thus contributing to the overall success and achievement of production goals stipulated by the company.

1. Team Supervision: Coordinate and direct the packaging team, ensuring that established procedures and quality standards are followed, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

2. Packaging Control. Verify that each television is packaged correctly (box, sides, accessories, etc.) and labeled.

3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in the packaging process, reduction of risks or failures in product delivery.

4. Resource Management: Ensure that necessary resources (personnel, technology, space) are available and used efficiently.

5. Indicator Monitoring: Analyze and report performance metrics, such as reducing errors in packaging accessories, performance checks (Wi-Fi, HDMI inputs), factory reset of TVs, cleaning screens, etc.

6. Communication: Act as a liaison between the packaging team and other departments, guaranteeing fluid and effective communication.

7. Follow-up of company standards and procedures. Comply with the standards and procedures established by the company to guarantee quality and safety at work.

8. Control of safety and hygiene measures: Monitoring of safety and hygiene measures within the premises, to ensure a safe environment and work space.

Pay: $3,800.00 per week
