Verifica el cumplimiento de los programas de protección y seguridad, por parte del personal de vigilancia.
- Instruye al personal a su cargo en la realización de actividades de protección y seguridad de los recursos
humanos y materiales existentes en la empresa.
- Retroalimenta al personal a su cargo sobre el uso de equipos de seguridad.
- Contribuye en las investigaciones de posibles causas que originan siniestros, robos, actividades
sospechosas dentro de la impresa.
- Contribuye con el cumplimiento de instrucciones, programas (CTPAT/OEA) y procedimientos de
protección y seguridad.
- Cumple con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad integral, establecidos por la empresa.
- Verifica los equipos y áreas de trabajo, reportando cualquier anomalía a su superior.
- Elabora informes requeridos en relación con investigaciones y otras situaciones presentadas.
- Brinda el soporte para cubrir al personal de los diferentes puntos y áreas cuando sea necesario.
- Efectúa recorridos para detectar irregularidades y actos inseguros, otorgando seguimiento oportuno.
- Efectúa operaciones y monitoreo de CCTV.
- Capacitar a nuevos guardias en las consignas respecto a su posición en el departamento.
- Verifica el cumplimiento de llenado de bitácoras en las diferentes estaciones de seguridad.
- Distribuye y asigna al personal subordinado a las diferentes estaciones de control.
- Monitoreo de los sistemas que conforma el SCI.
- Supervisar frecuentemente a los guardias en las diferentes estaciones y edificios.
- Comunicar a su superior respecto a incidentes de conflictos o aquellos que puedan poner en riesgo la
buena marcha de las actividades de la empresa.
- Brindar soporte en situaciones de emergencia, evacuaciones del personal o siniestros.
- Muestra disponibilidad y compromiso para el desarrollo de nuevos procesos a integrarse
