Dar soporte a las celdas en los arranques, cambios, ajustes y mejoras al proceso. Hacer ajustes al equipo/proceso.
- Asegurar control de máquinas y equipos de celdas para que estén en condición de correr producción.
- Ajustes básicos y mayores de cualquier equipo de las celdas.
- Monitoreo y control de parámetros de proceso.
- Trabajar con mantenimiento en solución de posibles problemas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de calidad y producción.
- Trabajo en equipo, responsable de turno.
- Entrega/Recepción de turno, comunicación de pormenores de turno.
- Asegurar la seguridad del departamento siguiendo practicas seguras.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de 6 S's.
- Participar en las mejoras y eventos para celdas de Die Casting
- Asegurar los consumibles para cada celda
- Asegurar de seguir el programa de mttos de celdas y moldes establecidos
- Trabajar en equipo con personal de Tool Room para asegurar el mtto de los dados.
- Responsable de las celdas y todo lo que requieren para mantenerlas produciendo.
