**Overview**: Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities/equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment. Responsibilities:
**Principal Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5´S.
2. Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan to meet takt Time.
3. Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.
4. Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required
5. Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system.
6. Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.
7. Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment maintenance system.
8. Analyze and adjust if required the man-hours to meet the forecast.
9. Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the tools management system.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related careers. Preferred master degree. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the production/process field in a manufacturing environment
