Operations leader

**Principal functions**

Controls, coordinates and supervises the daily activities of factory employees.
Plans and manages procedures and budgets.
Develop and deploy the production planning according to the strategic plan and the planning schedule given by the customer and the operations management.
To control and monitor that production planning goes according to the given schedules.
Monitor the production processes together with the local team and provide feedback to operations management.
**Skills & training**
- Good Communication skills
- Training in Logistics and Supply chain (desirable)
- Engineering degree or vocational training
- **Fluent English level**

**Experience**
- At least 5 years managing production environments
- Experience on planning processes
- Experience on ERP system management

Salario: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mes
