**We are searching for the best talent for Production Planning and Logistics Specialist Lead to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**
**Purpose**:
To provide direct master planning support to assigned work centers daily. Design and lead lean model to support business efficiencies and product flow.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Establishes and maintains master scheduling process to appropriately balance inventory and customer service throughout value stream in a multiplant operation sites.
- Performs monthly capacity review by work center.
- Ensures future sales requirements are evaluated and resources allocated by participating in the S&OP process.
- Analyzes metrics on manufacturing performance such as production performance to schedule and actual inventory to plan.
- Ensures objectives are met by providing senior management updates on backorder issues, recovery schedules and executes the recovery process.
- Leads the integration of new product releases into the production facility, to include Life Cycle Management.
- Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
- Responsible for creation and execution of plant business flow including reports and mitigation activity facilitation.
- Identify and manage projects to institutionalize lean culture throughout value stream.
- Responsible for capacity mitigation for products throughout value stream.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Generally, requires (6-8) years related experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead critical process improvements.
- Knowledge of supply chain in an ERP environment.
