At Totum Talent, we are looking for talent to fill the role of Recruitment Lead for our Executive and Managerial recruitment processes.We are a Human Resources consulting firm focused on talent acquisition for Executive, Managerial, middle management, and specialized positions located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.Your mission will be to lead, supervise, and execute candidate attraction and selection processes for the various assigned profiles. This includes identifying the hiring needs of the company and developing effective strategies to attract and select the best candidates.ResponsibilitiesDefine and track objectives for the assigned team.Recruit for various positions, including executive roles.Attend meetings with clients, follow up on processes, and provide solutions for critical vacancies.Define recruitment strategies for assigned vacancies within your team.Develop your team to meet objectives.Conduct performance evaluations for closed vacancies.Execute competency-based recruitment processes.Ensure the achievement of quarterly-defined objectives.RequirementsIntermediate/Advanced conversational English.Completed studies with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.Knowledge and mastery of end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative and/or executive positions.Experience in team management.Team development skills.Experience in presenting results to internal or external clients.Experience and knowledge in competency-based interviews.Proficiency in job boards (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.).Knowledge and application of psychometric assessments.Willingness to work on-site is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
